Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor with at least 5 years of experience to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

– Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site.
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
– Manage and oversee subcontractors and construction crew.
– Monitor project progress and schedule to ensure timely completion.
– Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
– Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on site.
– Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and management.

Requirements and Skills:

– Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor.
– In-depth knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and materials.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
– Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
– Relevant certifications in construction safety or project management a plus.
