Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor with a minimum of 6 years in the construction industry to oversee and manage all activities at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising on-site staff, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise and manage construction site activities, including scheduling, quality control, and safety measures.
– Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
– Monitor daily construction activities and provide regular progress reports to management.
– Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment for all personnel on site.
– Manage on-site staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
– Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, site photos, and progress updates.
– Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during construction projects.
– Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits.

Requirements and Skills:
– Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor.
– Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
– Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
– Certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
