Responsibilities:

– Develop architectural designs in collaboration with clients and team members.
– Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for building projects.
– Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
– Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise.
– Review and analyze project proposals to determine feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in architecture and design.

Requirements and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
– 2 years of experience in architectural design and construction.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
– Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
– 2 years of relevant work experience.
– Architectural license (preferred but not required).
