Collaborate with local and remote teams, as well as clients, to ensure effective project execution.
Provide technical planning and accurate estimations for new carpentry projects.
Enhance internal processes to improve quality, efficiency, and safety in construction and woodworking tasks.
Take the lead in carpentry projects, ensuring seamless teamwork between on-site and remote teams.
Maintain the quality and durability of woodworking structures and installations.
Work with a variety of materials, including wood, plywood, and composite materials, to create and repair furniture, frameworks, and other wooden structures.
Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery effectively.
Ensure precise measurements, cutting, and assembling of materials to meet project requirements.
Research and recommend innovative carpentry techniques and tools for improved efficiency.
Customize furniture, cabinetry, and wooden installations according to specific project needs.

Strong grasp of carpentry techniques and woodworking procedures.
Profound understanding of structural integrity and safety considerations.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.
Experience working with various carpentry tools and equipment.
Knowledge of different wood types, finishes, and treatments.
Ability to work with construction teams and adhere to building codes and regulations.
Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and joinery techniques.
Adherence to workplace safety and quality standards.
Hands-on experience in installing doors, windows, cabinets, and flooring.
Effective communication skills in English.
