Job Description

Position: Civil Engineer

Experience: Fresher

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with local and remote teams, as well as clients, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Provide technical planning and accurate estimations for new civil engineering projects.
  • Enhance internal processes to improve quality, efficiency, and safety in construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Take the lead in designing, developing, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring seamless teamwork between local and remote engineering teams.
  • Maintain the integrity, sustainability, and durability of structures and infrastructure.
  • Work with various materials, including concrete, steel, and composites, to ensure strong and reliable construction.
  • Operate and maintain civil engineering software for design, analysis, and project management.
  • Ensure precise calculations, site assessments, and adherence to engineering principles.
  • Implement industry best practices and safety standards in construction projects.
  • Research and recommend innovative technologies and tools for enhanced efficiency in civil engineering.

Qualifications:

  • Strong grasp of civil engineering principles, including structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and construction management.
  • Profound understanding of safety regulations, environmental considerations, and building codes.
  • Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD.Pro.
  • Experience in project planning, cost estimation, and site management.
  • Knowledge of different construction techniques and materials.
  • Ability to work with architectural teams, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Familiarity with surveying techniques, soil testing, and infrastructure assessments.
  • Adherence to engineering ethics, quality standards, and sustainability practices.
  • Hands-on experience in designing roads, bridges, buildings, or water management systems.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
