Job Overview:

The Project Manager serves as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the project.

Responsibilities:
– Plan and manage construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
– Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
– Monitor and track project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders
– Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
– Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed
– Lead and supervise project teams, providing guidance and support as necessary

– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
– Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector

– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in project management software and tools
