Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in construction supervision and strong leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities:

– Supervise construction activities and personnel on-site
– Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
– Monitor project progress and report to project managers
– Manage project schedules and budgets
– Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
– Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans
– Implement best practices for construction site organization and efficiency

Requirements and Skills:

– Minimum of 1 year experience in construction site supervision
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
– Familiarity with construction safety regulations
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Relevant certification or training in construction management or a related field
– Valid driver’s license
