Job Title: Senior Labourer

Job Overview
As a Senior Labourer, with 2 years of experience in the field, you will be responsible for overseeing and participating in various manual labor tasks on construction sites. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Responsibilities
– Supervise and coordinate the activities of labourers on site
– Perform manual tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
– Operate hand and power tools as needed
– Assist with setting up and dismantling temporary structures
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
– Communicate effectively with team members and contractors

Requirements and Skills
– Proven experience as a labourer, with at least 2 years in a similar role
– Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods
– Strong communication and leadership skills
– Knowledge of basic construction techniques and safety procedures
– Reliable and dependable work ethic
– Valid driver’s license and transportation to and from work sites

Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Additional certifications or training in construction and safety procedures preferred
– Experience operating machinery and equipment is a plus
